Cabrita Arinto presents a clean and direct nose, with notes of fruit, such as citrus and pear, wrapped in saline notes. In the mouth it enters vibrant and tense, with a very pronounced acidity and minerality, ending elegantly and harmoniously. It is a wine that goes well with buttery cheeses, fish stews and seafood with an intense flavour. It should be served between 8 and 10°C.
